Managing and supporting MasterCard Priceless Cities Evolution infrastructure and ensure the smooth running of the application addressing all the technical, functional and production deployment issues and effectively communicate with the offshore team for issue resolution during UAT and production deployment.

 

Responsibilities

·               RTB (Run the Business) activites i.e., analyzing and resolving infrastructure issues related to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java Virtual Machine (JVM) and JBoss for Priceless Cities Evolution Platform.

The project deals with providing content management application support for Target.com website including mobile & microsites and performing all relevant maintenance activities. Applications Include Interwoven products like Teamsite, Livesite,Mediabin amongst others. The project Involves end to end ownership of Support, Knowledge Transition and other boundary systems for application implemented by TARGET Inc. It also involves replatforming of CMS application from interwoven Teamsite to Adobe CQ5.6

 

Responsibilities

·               Application Support/Maintenance of Target sites using Interwoven Teamsite 7.1, OpenDeploy v7 and Adobe Scene7

·               Co-ordinate with business to prioritize and resolve support issues with the current platform which uses Teamsite

The agency web portal www.myallstateconnection.com is the single point of entry for an independent agent to gain access to Allstate.  While there are other interfaces that can perform inquiry-type actions (quoting through comparative raters, or policy-related inquiry through agency management systems), all action (issuing, sales, servicing, etc.) start by visiting this web portal. The main objective of this project is to make independent agent-facing website so naturally intuitive and user-friendly leveraging the functionality of Interwoven Products like Teamsite, OpenDeploy, DataDeploy.

·   Acting as a Technical Lead for the Teamsite Development activities involved in the project.

·   Designing the solution to involve Teamsite functionalities/deliverables in the architecture.

The project involves the support and maintenance of the code and content built using CMS as well as the migration from the old Retail site to the new one.
